Gravity Team is heading to TOKEN2049 Singapore on 7–8 October 2026. Meet the team at Marina Bay Sands to discuss liquidity, stablecoin settlement and practical digital-asset infrastructure across global markets.

Chapters

TOKEN2049 brings together founders, developers, exchanges, investors, payment providers, trading firms and infrastructure teams from across the digital-asset industry. The event is expected to welcome more than 25,000 attendees from over 7,000 companies, with 300 speakers and 500 exhibitors. TOKEN2049 Singapore will bring a substantial part of the global crypto ecosystem to Asia for two days of discussion, networking and meetings.

For Gravity Team, Singapore is an important place to meet people building the next stage of digital-asset markets. That includes teams improving exchange liquidity, developing trading and payment products, connecting fiat and stablecoin flows and building the infrastructure needed to move value across borders.

Why Singapore matters

Singapore is a major international financial centre and a meeting point for Asian trading activity, institutional capital and digital-asset infrastructure.

The city connects financial firms, technology companies and market participants across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia-Pacific region. It is also a place where the relationship between crypto markets and practical financial infrastructure is becoming more visible.

Trading remains central to the digital-asset ecosystem, but many of the current conversations extend beyond trading. Businesses are looking at how to access liquidity across venues, settle value between counterparties, manage fiat and stablecoin conversion and support reliable delivery across different currencies and operating hours.

These are practical operating questions.

Exchanges need liquidity that supports reliable execution. Payment companies need conversion and settlement routes that work when clients need funds. Treasury teams need greater visibility over where capital is held and when it can be moved.

Singapore brings many of those conversations together.

Liquidity across markets

A market can have active users, assets and trading volume, but without reliable liquidity it remains difficult to scale.

Liquidity is more than a quoted price. It depends on whether a business can buy, sell, convert or settle value at the required size, price and time. Market depth, available counterparties, venue access, conversion capacity and operational resilience all affect the final outcome.

This is especially relevant across fragmented digital-asset markets.

An asset may trade on several exchanges, each with different prices, depth and operating conditions. Moving between venues can involve transfer timing, collateral, wallet controls and counterparty risk.

The same applies to stablecoin settlement. A stablecoin transfer may confirm quickly, but a completed payment still depends on local conversion, usable liquidity and access to a bank, wallet or payout route at the destination.

Gravity Team has worked across global and emerging markets since 2017, supporting exchanges, institutions, payment companies and professional trading teams. As crypto markets develop, liquidity and settlement are increasingly connected. A business needs more than a fast transfer or a competitive quote. It needs a process that can operate reliably across markets.

Meet Gravity Team

Gravity Team will be represented at TOKEN2049 Singapore by Martins Benkitis, CEO and Co-founder; Edgars Laimite, CSO and Co-founder; Kriss Pujats, CTO and Co-founder; Shrey Azad, Head of OTC Expansion; Alexis Carle, Business Development Director; and Ralph Idio from Business Development.

During TOKEN2049 week, Gravity Team is also hosting Stable & Social, an informal side event for people working across stablecoins, liquidity, trading, payments and digital-asset infrastructure.

We will be meeting founders, developers, protocol teams, exchanges, trading firms, payment providers, token issuers, investors, infrastructure teams and institutions from across the digital-asset ecosystem.

Whether you are building a new crypto product, scaling a protocol, improving exchange liquidity, working on stablecoin settlement, developing payment infrastructure or simply looking to exchange ideas, meet Gravity Team in Singapore.

Measuring Capital Tied Up in Cross-Border Payouts

Pre-funded balances keep cross-border payouts moving, yet they also absorb capital. This framework helps payment providers quantify the cost by corridor and assess where faster settlement improves treasury flexibility.

Stablecoin Settlement Readiness Starts Before the Licence

A licence is only one part of stablecoin settlement readiness. Payment teams also need the right data, controls, counterparties and local payout processes before launch.
