The beginning
In 2017, founders Martins and Edgars experienced firsthand how inefficient traditional finance was when moving money across borders. Crypto offered a faster and borderless alternative, but the market infrastructure was still immature.
The insight
They recognised that liquidity, not speculation, would define the future of global payments and digital markets. To realise that vision, they built a global liquidity and execution stack designed to operate across venues, assets and regions.
The mission
Gravity Team was formed to make crypto markets efficient and to enable seamless cross-border payments and settlement. Today, our infrastructure powers 40+ exchanges and supports billions of dollars in trading and settlement globally.
